Coyotes on the Hunt on Carillon Stonegate Pond

With the fresh snow this morning, two young coyotes were out on Carillon Stonegate Pond hunting for food.

These coyotes were my first sightings of the new winter season. I would expect to see them often.

They circled the shore of the west pond prior to crossing over to the pond directly north of the clubhouse.

Here is a photo of one of the coyotes. Both appeared young and healthy.
