Like clockwork, the newest family of Whitetail Deer began to appear starting in July and continuing over the next several months.
It appeared to be a total of four new youngsters.
They would appear at dawn or dusk to graze on the pond vegetation. Or romp on a sunny afternoon.
By September, the buck started to grow out its rack - appears to be an eight point buck.
It is always amazing to see how Life on Carillon Stonegate Pond continues to thrive each and every year.
So whether you are around Carillon Stonegate Pond or near other woodlands, take a hike and see what you can find - and identify!
